Second School Of Enrollment
Sometimes, students attend two schools in the same year. For example, one might begin at a middle school and then move to a high school. It can be an exciting experience, filled with opportunities to grow both personally and academically. By working hard and staying focused, the student is motivated to succeed and make the most of their education.

To enroll in the second school, go to the enrollment section of your primary school and complete the process there.
Pick the correct year.
- Choose the right second school you want to enroll in.
- Choose the right year.
- Enter the correct enrollment date and code.
- If you’re enrolling at the start of the school year, use the same enrollment code from your first school.
Important:
Be sure to go to the right side of the page and tick the box in the “Second School” section. This step is important to make sure everything is filled in properly.
Students from two different schools can now check their class schedules and grades from either location. It makes it easier for them to keep track of their studies through the mystudent pasco app, no matter which school they are at.
If a student wants to transfer to another school, they should write the date and reason in the “Second School” section. It’s good to talk to the new school first, then click “SAVE” after filling everything out.
Keep in mind that different schools have their methods for managing enrollments at other schools, so this rule may not be the same for everyone.
Withdrawing A Student
When a student decides to leave your school, it’s crucial to review their schedule and remove them from their classes before you officially end their enrollment. This step is essential for maintaining accurate records. You may need to explain the situation to both the student and the staff to ensure everyone understands the process.
To update drop dates for courses:
- Option 1: Enter the drop date for each course separately.
- Option 2: Choose the Mass Update option in the mystudent pasco app.
- Select “Dropped” from the dropdown menu.
- Pick the correct drop date.
- Use the Mass Update feature.
- Save your changes in the my student pasco app.
To remove a student:
- Go to the Enrollment tab.
- Choose the correct Year and School.
- Enter the exact date the student is leaving.
- Please provide the correct code for the reason they’re leaving.
Note: When a student leaves school, the date they officially withdraw is usually different from the date they started. The withdrawal date shows when the Student is no longer listed in the school’s records. This date can be the last day the Student was there or a time when they weren’t attending classes, as recorded in the attendance info. However, there’s one exception: if a student is marked as a “No Show,” meaning they never attended school at all, then their withdrawal date is the same as their enrollment date.
Add/Drop Report
The Add/Drop summary will show the most recent changes in student enrollment at your school. It keeps track of who has added or dropped classes through the mystudent pasco app, helping everyone stay updated.
To get detailed information about students who enrolled or dropped out during a certain time, you just need to go to the “Students” section, click on “Add/Drop Report,” and enter the start and end dates. It will show you all the data for the students during that time frame.
Conclusion:
The new Student Pasco information system is really important for making school life better for students and parents in our district. It’s designed to be user-friendly, and there’s a helpful team available for support. As Pasco County Schools continue to aim for academic excellence, my student plays a key role in providing students and parents with the resources they need to succeed.
